Alcohol seems to be a factor in a Sullivan County car accident that killed one woman and injured two others. Authorities are still investigating the deadly crash that took place Monday evening, April 29. Officials say Jennifer Ann Foster ran off the right side of the road after she overcorrected, veered into oncoming traffic, and hit an SUV. Injuring a woman and her five-year-old son. Both were immediately transported to the hospital when paramedics arrived, but are expected to be okay. Foster was also taken to the hospital where she later died.
