Did you know that there are more than 150,000 vehicle crashes in Tennessee each year, or an average of about 500 per day?
Sadly, nearly 1,000 people are killed in fatal car accidents on Volunteer State roads each year. Whenever this occurs, family members must hold negligent drivers liable by filing a wrongful death claim on behalf of the lost loved one.
Tragically, on November 4, an Antioch man was killed in a Nashville crash when another driver allegedly turned his SUV into the man’s vehicle.
The crash reportedly occurred when the victim was driving his Buick Century south on Nolensville Pike and Ocala Drive, and a Dodge Nitro SUV attempted to make a left turn, smashing into the victim’s vehicle, according to WKRN-TV.
The station reported that the driver of the SUV was charged with driving without a license. An investigation into the crash is ongoing.

If your loved one dies in a vehicle accident, you need to have his or her crash investigated.
While compensation from a wrongful death lawsuit will not bring your loved one back, it can help you pay for bills relating to his or her death, help with lost income and help you with your pain and suffering.
If inattention played a role in your loved one’s crash, you could be entitled to damages. Call our Nashville car accident attorney today at (615) 845-6141 for a free consultation about a potential wrongful death lawsuit.
