TENNESSEE MAN KILLED IN FORKLIFT ACCIDENT
Tragically, according to the Tennessean, a man was killed in January in a forklift accident. Frankie Woodard, 31, was operating a tow motor near a warehouse at Hail & Cotton in Springfield when it overturned, causing fatal injuries. The accident took place near the company’s tobacco area.
The accident remains under investigation by the Tennessee Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The Tennessean reported that Woodward was contracted to work at the site through Industrial Staffing of Tennessee.
